guys, any suggestion on the front and rear brake reservoirs? I don't like those original plastic reservoirs............thanks for any help in advance.
genuine triumph ones? Rizoma is also a great piece of kit? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/154625887367?epid=28018900353&hash=item24006bcc87:g:vkcAAOSwmxRhTz86 and https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/304453691479?epid=16050791127&hash=item46e2daa857:g:1DAAAOSwbtxiYQrl
cheers, mate. I'm checking with the seller for the rear one. but the front one does not fit my bike.....so sad. it's very cool out looking. yep, the Rizoma should be ok. but I still want to get the Triumph parts prioritized.
good idea. but, hold on, may I know the type of your SC exhaust? and where did you get the carbon fiber heel guard?
https://shop.sc-project.com/en-US/3520_T22A-T38C-CR-T-Muffler.htm heel guards were £25 second hand. I’d do a search on eBay as they are readily available brand new for about £100 Any excuse for a pic!!!
Rear: https://motorcentrum-bruurs.webshopapp.com/triumph-remreservoir-achter.html I’m sure there’s a front version as well!
Hi, am curious...what "detail" does one need to know if replacing reservoirs? Or are they all functionally the same, except for how they may actually attach? Or do different bikes have different valves or flow or something? Or is it a case that as long as you can get it on and attached, it "works"?
It's just a reservoir and as long as it is attached above the brake lever/master cylinder so there is gravity feed it should be fine. Just the brackets for attachment seem to vary from bike to bike. The front reservoir is usually bigger than the rear to suit larger/twin calipers up front.
