Hi all my son has recently but his holiday cottage up for rental. It is located in North Wales and is surrounded by some cracking biking roads, fantastic walks and stunning coastal locations. I posted a video in what you been doing with your triumph of the roads around the cottage. You can get more information and book here.

    Here is the video

I would appreciate if you could share the link with friends and family.

Edit Update: if you want to view the video, pm me and I will share the link.

Yes. There is a small lane at the side of the cottage where you could park two or three bikes off the road.:):)

No problem each to their own. The price is for a full seven days, Saturday to Saturday. I think if you look at the prices for holiday cottages in Wales this year you will find that it is very competitively priced.

£374 for four nights is £93.50 per night which is £654.50 for seven nights.

In the context of where it was posted (a bikers forum) say three bikers hired the cottage for a week in June at £522, that's £174 each. You've got your bike, a great place to stay and some great roads to ride. Jesus Christ to use your phrase, who wouldn't want seven days of biking heaven.

Exemptions available if you rent the property out for a given number of days each year, not sure but think it might be 90.
Our friends just sold theirs in Abersoch for this reason.
    Cheers, Ken.

Thanks. As I understand it from the son the rule is; if you can prove 20 weeks booking in the year, you don’t pay the tax.
