Hi all my son has recently but his holiday cottage up for rental. It is located in North Wales and is surrounded by some cracking biking roads, fantastic walks and stunning coastal locations. I posted a video in what you been doing with your triumph of the roads around the cottage. You can get more information and book here. https://www.northwalesholidaycottages.co.uk/cottages/tycro-nw/ Here is the video I would appreciate if you could share the link with friends and family. Wessa Edit Update: if you want to view the video, pm me and I will share the link.
Nice video Steve and lovely looking cottage. Views at the back are to die for Is there room round the back for a bike or two?
Yes. There is a small lane at the side of the cottage where you could park two or three bikes off the road.
mmmmmmm, cheers but i dont think ill book , just wanted a week in june £522 , jesus christ !!!!!!! went to dublin for 4 nights in 2019........ 4 star hotel , £374 quid including flights and breakfast
No problem each to their own. The price is for a full seven days, Saturday to Saturday. I think if you look at the prices for holiday cottages in Wales this year you will find that it is very competitively priced.
pretty cheap for a split of that between biker mates? Off in the middle of july for a couple of days in july in north wales but not for a week so no can do. Definitely a great place and thanks for the info!
In the context of where it was posted (a bikers forum) say three bikers hired the cottage for a week in June at £522, that's £174 each. You've got your bike, a great place to stay and some great roads to ride. Jesus Christ to use your phrase, who wouldn't want seven days of biking heaven.
Exemptions available if you rent the property out for a given number of days each year, not sure but think it might be 90. Our friends just sold theirs in Abersoch for this reason. Cheers, Ken.
Thanks. As I understand it from the son the rule is; if you can prove 20 weeks booking in the year, you don’t pay the tax.
