    Hey

looking to fit the arrow end can on my 2019 765r. How difficult is it and does anyone know what parts I will need if any in addition to what’s supplied by arrow. Also will it come with instructions? Cheers

I dont think there are any extra parts required. Maybe a new graphite gasket but you could do without. That was the case with the previous model anyway. As for instructions, triumph have a useful website, triumphinstructions.com. you just go there and put in the triumph part number :)

thanks. I did put the part number into the triumph instructions website however it just gives info on noise rating and how to do the dealer download for a specific map and nothing else. It’s just 3 pages.

Ah ok, well I had a 2018 street triple, the previous model. I put the arrow can on, there was nothing needed and it was pretty straightforward. I cant remember if the rear wheel needed to come off or not. I think it does because when you undo all the fixings, the whole silencer assembly slides off towards the rear of the bike. You'll see 2 pins on the arrow pipe (and the standard pipe once you have it removed) that slide into rubber grommets, a bit of wd40 will make things easy! I would imagine the 2 models are the same. There is only one fixing that I can remember, near the footpeg on the right side of the bike, and of course the clamp where the silencer joins the pipe from the headers on the left side of the bike.

very straight forward There are some videos of people changing them on Youtube
2 bolts near silencer on right side to remove, one exhaust clamp. slides off toward rear of bike don't even need to raise bike but better for ease.

The Arrow can is really straightforward to fit, it's not the lightest however, I realise you've already got it but the Yoshimura Alpha would have been a better option, it's super light and sounds fantastic, it's very loud with the removable baffle out though. It only takes around 30 minutes to remove the original and fit the Yoshimura, it only has 1 clamp for the headers and the original bolt on the footrest hanger. I fitted one to both my 2019 and 2020 Street Triple 765rs
