    Thought I would say Hi.
I have never thought to join a bike forum before, but came across this earlier today.
I have a 790, pre-ordered at the launch in late 2000. The bike turned up to Fowlers, Bristol, in Feb 2001 and they delivered it to my home a week or so later. It was registered for the 1st March as I took a bike related reg. number - Y2BON. (year 2000 bonnie!)
I still have it of course, and it has under 10k miles on the clock. But due to stuff and a heart problem, it has not been used for a couple of years.
I had my heart op a couple of weeks ago so getting excited to get on with stuff once fully recovered. We have a motorhome, which is great, but better if you have another form of transport. So I have just ordered a transverse trailer from CMF.
The plan is to get the bike on the road and take it with us next year.

    Welcome Nigel!

My heart also let me down in 2014...
And likewise I motivated myself with buying bikes! ;)

Most important, I told them, always wear a mask when robbing a bank...
They seemed to have misunderstood and from there it all went downhill... :mask:

Bloor's Triumphs stay together much better than the Meriden offerings, probably can dispatch the 'accessories for keeping things gathered'. (How did I do for a yank?)

Welcome to the forum, nigel! We're glad to have you aboard. Glad, also, that you kept that Bonnie through thick and thin and that you're excited to get on with riding it again and taking it along on those motorhome adventures. Please share a photo or two of your bike with us, if you would be so kind. Hope you recover fully and smoothly from your heart op!!
