Whilst stopped in the middle of nowhere today in mid Wales the bloody TFT screen on my 2020 Street Triple RS went haywire when I turned the ignition on after a coffee break. All I got was a blue screen with a white stripe through the middle and a very small message in the top left saying "user error 12" and a load of heiroglyphics underneath and the bike wouldn't start, I had the screen in auto contrast mode. Disconnected the battery and the screen reset itself but with an orange spanner and the engine management light on, 3 restarts later all seems ok now but anyone else had this issue?
Have a look here..... Not quite the same but even so... https://www.thetriumphforum.com/threads/tiger-900-gt-pro-dashboard-issues.25559/#post-469628 Scroll down a bit..
Update. So I've just got back from the dealer and it turns out the issue was a lost communication between the screen and the ECM. Triumph have issued an update for the software in the screen and ECM, not sure if these updates are to do with this issue but all sorted now
