    He dont need or use optics or even a glass @RIDGE Normally straight from the bottle, (Makem supporter) :rolleyes::rolleyes:

    Having to make two of everything can be quite challenging to get them the same :confused:
    Held the two bits of flat bar together with mole grips for marking out and drilling then put them in my vice for shaping and filing :)
    I don’t have any fancy tools :sob:
    But I’ve got my trusty lump hammer :grinning:
    Used an old tow ball and the lump hammer to get the desired shape :)

    Wor lass went shopping tonight while I was in the garage :)
    Brought this in for me as well as a few bottles of that lovely IPA that I like :yum

    Getting there Dilli, Be interesting to see how much movement/flex you get once pannier fitted and loaded.
    PS - Please dont check with full bottles of JD, for now empty's will do. o_Oo_O

    When the pannier mounting plate is screwed into place and everything is tightened up its solid :)

    Well over a grand mate :grinning:
    The Triumph system was £1305:eek:
    Costs so far for me :)
    £124 for a welder:)
    Less than £20 for a auto weld mask :)
    About £25 for some paint and other stuff :)
    I already had the boxes that I bought for less than £20 each :)
