Hi Dozers dad Sound advice. Its good to get different view points, so I have no problem with Nodrog’s comments, I just don’t agree. At the moment I have the full amount available to pay for the bike in full, no finance, so beginning to come around to the £17k or thereabouts price and a small profit. i think I will wait a month or so and see. I am hoping to see a few reviews starting to surface from people who have them and hopefully rave about them. See if that piques any interest. Talking to a few people who have contacts in the racing world - they think there may be some interest (although I am not entirely sure what class it could be used in) Not sure how long my nerve will hold for....
Hello Bad Billy, sometimes i think my little 675 will land me in trouble, so can only imagine what would happen with a 765rs I know that there is no plan at the moment to release any more of this specific spec, but I have heard similar stories with Other makes limited editions to, like Ducati. Its a risk, but thats what makes life exciting (that and the twisty stuff anyway!)
Streetgirl675. You know I think you are on a winner here. Triumph are concentrating on the Rockets and the new Indian bike. Also talk of a UK 250 coming up. So I think they will let you beastie run the wind for a long time to see if it is worth setting up for a new model. And as Triumph has said time and time they are not interested in race track bikes. No I think and hope it pays dividends for you. Tell you what if you ride it then you can donate the 675 to a forum member. I can nominate one. Regards Joe

Not going to sell and not make profit on it, despite the fact that some people think that is wrong. I have even been told I shouldn’t have bought it because I have stopped someone else from buying it Anyway I am going to take this beauty home, enjoy starting it every now and then, try not to ride it and keep it for a while.
