Hi All after a bit of advice.
Not taken a swing arm pivot bolt out of Trophy before
The bolt itself doesn`t want to budge. Have only used a small persuader up till now and before use a bigger persuader wanted to check was doing it right.
Has two bolts either side which are undone but when tap the bolt head on right to remove pivot out left hand side of bike it won`t budge.
Don`t want to use bigger persuader just in case damage something.
Also realise that it has been in there for about 20 years so might need to be persuaded to come out.
    Any advice would be appreciated.

Have a look at www.mottleybiker.com to see if there are any tips therein.

Based on the Speed Triple but basically all very similar.

Loosen the lower engine mount will make a big difference.

Have just had a proper read of Haynes and part I missed was about loosening the engine mount bolts. So lucky didn`t use big persuader. Thankyou for letting me know though. Good thing about this forum plenty of knowledge and experience plus people willing to share

Yeeeeeha got it done. Just used washers around pivot on frame then used pivot bolt to pull out shaft as tightened it. Once pulled as far as could used old xj600 axle as a drift. No need for heavy persuader. No sign of grease or anything on shaft and bearings have seen better days plus all the bushes etc. Lucky putting different swinger in
