Went out on the tiger after lowering it 35mm at the back 12mm at the forks no where near flat footed but ok. It is a bike for doing long distance easy to ride slow. fast and where I live corners coming off my VFR (old one) to the tiger is completely different get it in 6th and just leave it there. To me the bike is big next to a Africa twin it's tiny
There is nobody around here to do this I have set the sag so the springs seem fine will do some more research for the best rebound and damping settings.
Try putting a thick plank of wood under the back wheel and roll the bike onto it first, makes it easier to get on the centre stand. Well it does on my Sprint.
Yes I have seen it and used it to set sag I have some practical skills (Engineer) and ridden off road bikes for a long time so I have stripped a few sets of forks but you never know everything and always willing to learn from others that is one of the reasons I joined this site
