I've tried removing the baffle from the Arrow can on my tiger, but it doesn't seem to want to come out.
Obviously, i've removed the small bolt at the end, but it wont budge, am i missing something ?
It's not the end of the world if it won't come out, i just want it to sound like it should

Try it when hot as heat does generally break tight joints

I tried several times to remove mine, all with abject failure. My local motorcycle shop couldn't remove it either.

A car garage with a biking owner eventually got mine free with a slide hammer. Cost me 20 quid. Money well spent IMHO. Great sound with it out. Seat of pants dyno detected a couple of extra bhp too.

    Good luck with removing yours.
