Hi all, silly question but have just bought a replacement indicator relay from square deals (recommended on here) but wondered where on the bike it's situated (2015 speed triple) also, has anyone a good source for wheel touch up paint (black)

All replies appreciated (sensible ones, lol)

I used a rattle can of satin black on my 2002 Daytona wheels which was a perfect match. Can't remember the manufacturer although CarPlan would be my best guess (it was over 10 years ago!).

I did wonder if it might be satin black but thanks for the info.

Upol are my favourite brand of rattle cans. Seem to spray better than other brands. £7 for 2 cans off of eBay.
Just got a couple to touch up bits on the Tuono. Sit on a radiator or warm. Water before use, get better results.

The relay is located under the seat towards the right side (as you sit on it) of the bike. To be certain you can switch the indicators on and actually feel it as it clicks in time with the flashing. It’s held in place in a rubber sleeve nothing more than that.

Thanks for the info Yorkshireman but I looked under the seat yesterday and all the relays there were much smaller than the one I have?

I can confirm Yorkshireman is correct, original relay is square section plastic body, the replacement to run LED indicators is round and metal body. It's over on the far right side to the rear of the fuse blocks (not the group of 5 smaller relays nearer the tank)

No it doesn't to be honest Sprinter, the relay in the diagram looks like it could be the same size but the layout isn't the same, my battery is under a cover at the front of the tank.

92E6D797-F674-4AE6-9BE7-BAB3504605E4.jpeg Here ya go, the flasher relay is the round black thingy in the bottom left of picture. It’s an LED relay, the original was square but in the same location

Ahh, brilliant, that may be where I've gone wrong as I was looking for a square thingy opposed to a round thingy, thanks Yorkshireman

Well chaps, I did find the relay, in my dark shed I'd missed the fact that it was covered by the ecu plug, anyway, fitted the relay and way hey, result, no more quick flashing indicators, thanks for all the pointers.
