How many couplings do you have to the fuel rail? Main one from pump. There must be a return feed for excess fuel not required by injectors. If so that's the one you need to release after cranking. If there is only one coupling, then quite honestly I am at a loss without seeing bike
The top coupling is the return fuel from rail & the bottom coupling is fuel to the rail from submerged pump inside the tank & the round unit with the little pipe stem on to the top right is the fuel pressure regulator, i have just ordered a brand new one that should be here on Tuesday 1st Aug. Not touching it again till it arrives so ill let you know how it goes.
Faulty fuel pressure regulator = no fuel in fuel rail, so let's hope a new one rectifies the issue. Let me know how u get on
New FPR (£19.95) arrived this morning, fitted it then replaced tank & it runs, Thanks for all the help people.
