Hey! I have the same bike, kitted out just about exactly the same as you do (same windshield, highway bar, bags and aftermarket risers). I found little chrome caps in the odd parts drawers at Home Depot (1/2 inch, I think). They snap right in over the hex bolts on the risers. Hides the bolt heads and kind of completes the look. Just a thought.
