Album: My First Ton-Up

c1958/9, my Uncle's wide-frame featherbed 1958 Norton Dominator he'd just recently bought (looks like summer '59). Kodak moment just back from a spin down Rockingham Hill (past the castle) and on the A6003 straight, over the River Welland to Caldecott. As kids we'd freewheel down Rocky Hill to see who could get furthest without peddling. I always knew I'd done the ton down it. Not much in the way of traffic or speed cameras back then.
