Found this old photo, taken when the bike was just a few days old!

Had one myself in the same colour in the mid 1970's for going to w*red on.

Totally underestimated little bike that went very well and IIRC a few got converted to race bikes.

I bought the Yamaha after having a CB160.
Compared to the old Honda it was a rocketship.
I loved it, rarely see any outside of classic bike shows these days and they're sparse in those circles as well.
Wish I'd bought 2 and stored 1 of them!

My first road bike was a RD200B I got in 1975. I went everywhere on it for 18 months or so. Sadly I have no pictures of it.

Snap again curly, I had a Honda CB160 in 1966 reg SMA 25D.
That's the only reg number that I can remember of the top of my head from my bikes of yesteryear.

    That's interesting!
I can't just recall the registration number of my old CB160 now, fairly certain it had a B suffix though.

I always liked the gold RD200B, still do.
The AS3 was the first in a long line of Yamaha 2 strokes, which culminated in 1981 with my only other brand new bike an RD400F.
I still love to see and perhaps even more to smell them out on the roads!
