Wrecked Speed Triple Rs Won't Start

    I bought wrecked Speed Triple RS and bike won't start and the steering lock beeps few times when trying to start the bike. Steering lock also dosen't lock. Any ideas? Buy new steering lock and try again with that?

    Lcd is also broken so I can't see nothing from there.
