Wayne, when you've been married for 45 years and never missed a day and twice on a Sunday, you'll understand :):)

    Is that all?
I thought twice a day and at least 4 times Sunday was normal at our age, its to be expected to slow up a bit from previous years at our age!

It would appear to me that the contributors to this forum are all getting on a bit, even tho 60 may be the new 40, is there anyone younger than 40 on here !!

I suppose i can count myself lucky as I may be one of the last 65 year olds to get a old age pension. My wife of 42 years has to wait until she is 67 !! bummer

If there is a high point of being such an age then that is it. I get mine in June :)

    66 next month!
Already got me state pension and bus pass, and have just got a Senior Railcard (as has SWMBO although she did miss out on a bus pass by about 2 months).
Vehicle insurance tends to be a bit cheaper as well ... but not by much, and as for travel insurance ........!

There's one freebie that's not been mentioned for the over 60's and that's free prescriptions :)

Comes in handy as we get older ;):)
