    Hello , my question may look stupid , but is the red wheel rim on this bike painted or can we take it off ?

    You know I think its painted. I like it. Breaks the black up. Nice bike.

    I put black rim tape over the top of my red lines as I didn't like the red and could not pull it off .

    I can't remember the brand bought off Amazon or the well known auction site. Just check the width is OK to cover the red and you need a reasonable length of tape for 4 rim sides..
