whats your thoughts ?

I came from a 1900 cruiser to a Triumph America, got it looking the part and more importantly sounding the part (Short TORS) its brilliant nipping around town and feels very comfortable, and to be honest I hardly cover any miles at all these days, but I still feel I need something bigger as I'm certainly no lightweight (nowadays) I'm looking towards a 1600 Thunderbird though I am sure it will still spend most of its time being polished and garaged, whats your thoughts towards this guys & gals as I'm totally unsure about it all (but I have no doubts whatever what SWMBO will think !!! )

Hi tez, I had the loan of the 1600 t bird and as a Thruxton owner was very dubious of what I would think of it. I had the Lt and after about 10 minutes of trying to find the pegs 2 feet further back then they were I loved it, for a cruiser that is!
My thoughts are if you want one and gave the means to get one then do it!!!
