According to Mrs DD's verdict after her test flight (drive) on Saturday.
    Dougal is "Magic on roundabouts"
You need to be of a certain age for that to make any sense?
Fortunately, most of us are! :p

It's not the cops it's customs and excise. Classics places are farm auctions..... for some reason.
They often have cops in attendance for pulling the vehicles, traffic control etc.

Allegedly, it's a genuine 1970's pIn badge? So rather than snap the pin off. I drilled a 0.5mm hole in the 12v socket cover.

And that's how I'll leave it.
I'm confused. Was that rhetorical or multiple choice?
I didn't want to jump the gun answering. :)

Christ alive that’s ridiculous and bloody ugly too. I hate caravans anyway so would never think of paying double what I paid for my first house for one!

Working on a V-Star aka Drag Star 650. Had a seriously unhappy carb but it's cleaned up and running now.

    TIME FOR BED SAID ZEBEDEE!

I loved The Magic Roundabout when I was about 24 and had a painting of Brian on my jacket! (How slow can you go?)

I only just noticed that this thread was on here for tales of derring do on my little Suzuki! Haha! (Cheers AndyC):cool::cool:

I think that's a great idea!! A go-anywhere septic tank so whenever us old b*st*rds need a piss, like every 7 minutes, no worries, pull over, fill up the tank and off wee go again! Hurrah, a plan with no drawbacks. ;)

I’ve just be playing with the Yellow Peril (TDM900) and improved the low speed handling greatly... there's a Euro "sound" and emissions restrictor in the air box which only opens a second port about 4000 rpm... so 10 mins work and I don't have snatchy fuelling low down, which means more low down power and better controls with low speed handling... what a stupid fucking thing to do to a motorcycle??? All better now though

    Grampian.

I remember being advised to keep my old style TDM above 3000rpm in town ,that made a difference to negotiating town centres.

I did intend to ride the ‘blade this afternoon to the H cafe for a cup of tea and a nosey, but the traffic around Oxford was hideous, so I gave it a completely unnecessary clean instead, I’ll try and get out for a ride tomorrow, I’m not going to let this weather beat me!

Yes, I know I need to get rid of the pile of turf!

Planning to treat myself to one of these 2 post lifts...

If I add a sheet of removable chequer plate. It'll work as a bike lift as well.
