What Is This Port On My 2015 Thunderbird Storm?

What is the brass port with no hose attached in the picture for? There is one on each throttle body. I think they are for the vacuum tubes that run to the MAP sensors, but want to confirm. I asked this as part of a way-too-wordy earlier post, but I think I had far too much needless information shown, so thought I'd take a more direct approach. Thanks!
