What bobber style tyre for a Bonneville T100

Hi,

I am wanting to add a slightly fatter 'bobber' style tyre to my 2003 T100 Bonnie so that the tyres look more like the one in the image below;



What are the option? What dimensions should I consider without compromising road safety?

Thanks for the advice. Do you think that the standard tyres would look out of place with the bobbed fenders on the bike in the picture?
