The head gasket looks to be a couple of fins above where the rusty water is and it seems dry above that stain. Be better if it is the head gasket but from those photos I’m not sure. Cracked cylinder block?
I would clean that area thoroughly and then start the engine allowing it to idle until the fan comes on. That way there will be pressure in the cooling system and you’ll see if water, or indeed Motul 7000 10W -40 comes out.
