Thanks for the welcome Rob and hello all. I am starting my biking experience and waiting for my DAS so that I can get my first bike.
Looking to get myself a Triumph Tiger 800, but have limited budget so doing lots of research and scouring facebook, gumtree, ebay and auto trader! Any pointers and tips very welcome, I live in Plymouth and hope to be on the road in September all being well - wish me luck!

    Hi Joe.
Welcome in, you might not get everyone seeing your intro because you've jumped on someone else's intro. Start a new thread and copy and paste into it, you'll get far more replies to it.

    Welcome to the forum
Not sure what your budget will be but if you can go for a Generation 2 bike, 2015 to 2018 you get the advantage of switchable ABS, ride by wire throttle, slightly improved performance and fuel economy.

Thanks Steve, Generation 2 are just in price range but 25 / 30k, undecided whether to go for a lower mileage generation 1 or the 2. Decisions, decisions!
