So I decided to go with a set of burley bags waxed canvas panniers. Before I instal them I thought I would wax them before I use them, they felt dry to me. So this is how I did that. It's kind of a long video but it does show the process.
What they look like on the bike. I like them, still has a classic look in my opinion. Not too wide either. Still room for a passenger too.
