Warning Lights On Thunderbird 900

    2000 Thunderbird 900 just was purchased by me. Are all the warning lights in the stack operational on this model? When my ignition goes on only the oil and neutral light goes on. What are the other light for (say the top two)? Do they not cycle on then go off for a test when ignition is first turned on?
