Wanted Street Twin - Grab Rail Or Rack

I'm not sure what I really want for my saddlebags from India:

This one is nice, but maybe it would be better in black color. My ST is black but I'm thinking of changing the tank color to a new dark grey. There is one on Triumph accessories site for 54 pounds (comfort section):

On the other hand, I'm thinking of this one:

With this one, I can ride with my wife to the beach and put a bag with beach stuff on the rack. Maybe I'll become much smarter if someone offers one of this.
