    That's a shame I'd have liked to see the 200th podium too but I can't help thinking he must feel like he's running up the down escalator at the moment, basically getting nowhere and his results sadly reflect this. I wish him a full and quick recovery.

    At 41 his chances of that elusive 200th podium are getting slimmer, still a fantastic rider & if he fancies bulking up a bit I would like offer him the chance to ride as a ringer on the BBR Aprilia next year! :p

    I'd have to teach him how to drop the Italian accent & eat pies though! :joy:

    That's a real shame.

    While he is not what he once was, he's been challenging for podiums this season, so it was a possibility.

    Man will always be a complete legend imho.
