Just going through a high mileage 955i Tiger, replacing the injector seals , cam cover & manifold gasket.
The three vacuum pipes look a tad old & hard. Maybe a silly question, but, can you replace these pipes with simple fuel hose or similar? And, do they have to be identical lengths to the original? I think I can still get genuine Triumph vacuum pipes but at a cost, hence the question.

Thoughts very much appreciated, as always.

    Nick.

Just use silicone tubing, it’s better than the originals for sealing to the spigots but you just have to be careful not to kink it when putting everything back together. I think I used 6mm ID tubing.
Hose length doesn’t matter, in fact they may be better a little longer to avoid kinking.
