Just put a deposit down on a Thruxton 1200, fairly clean although needs a new left pipe as it's been grazed. Looking forward to getting out on it, I actually haven't ridden one since 2017 but I really liked it! Have recently sold my Daytona 675R and I have a Panigale V2 so I wanted something totally different. My dad had a Thruxton 9 that I've ridden loads so I know I like them.

    The Boss approved!

Picked it up yesterday, just in time for it to rain! Some jobs are needed on it, the front brake is much weaker than I would expect, possibly worn pads but I bled the brakes yesterday and got some air out the callipers and the MC so that will hopefully Improve it. I’ve read various threads about brakes so will keep an eye on them. I’ve also shortened the rear tail tidy and put my slightly smaller plate on which cleans up the rear. Here is is with my Ducati

Welcome to the club copycat ;)
I too have a TTR and a Duc as well as a pile of bits that one day may resemble a Kwak Gpz900r... Enjoy your new ‘un
