Ulez Compliance Testing London

Hi all
a neighbour told me he got his aged Harley through the ULEZ compliance check.

Cost £175 but at £12 a day probably worth doing if you live near London.

My question is whether anyone else has got an older bike through the test?
Mine is a Thunderbird 900, 1997, so carbed.
Seems unlikely to me that it would pass but my neighbour was adamant that older bikes can pass the emissions test.

Anyone here put their bike through the test?
