Featured Touring Trmcc Agm 2026

With our annual AGM planned and ready, i was waiting on insurance for my ride, so had to watch my chapters adventure to Timaru in NZ South Island.
This involves a days ride to Wellington, a ferry between the Islands, then a days ride to Christchurch, then Timaru.
Many chapters took the opportunity to ride around the South Islands many great roads before (or after the AGM weekend)

 

The other chapters met in on the way to make travelling safer and more fun.
The weather down was very wet to start, but cleared as they got closer to the destination

 

With Presidents and Executive meeting Friday, many enjoyed the local fare before checking in and registration for badge and meals.

 

After a hearty breakfast, the meeting was held, followed by a local ride for lunch and the interisland Tug of War. It was then down to returning for prizegiving and the evening festivities

 

The local tavern had great parking and entertainment, with the ride their marked and secured from traffic

 

I missed the show and shine fund raiser, which is always a highlight along with all the trophies for best on class

 

Prize giving over and presentations for service followed by dinner and entertainment. Up for breakfast, then off on tours or home for most. Another successful event
