I got that as well. Haven’t read through it but doubt they’ll get the 500cc twin motocrossers out again. Last one I saw was at Frome and it sounded epic. Sorry also saw on at Fluff Brown’s place at Andover in an FB AJS frame, looked awesome. (Ps my avatar is a 360 FB AJS Red Devil)
I got that e-mail this morning, too, and I guess my initial response was one of surprise. But after thinking about it I'm a bit less surprised. It seems to me that there's a bit of a trend within the motorcycle industry for more off-road and adventure bikes these days. I'm not sure if that's true if one looks at manufacturers and models and stats and such. But anecdotally it seems that way to me. It will be interesting to see what Triumph has up their sleeve and how the buying public responds.
