    Hi.
I have a 2022 Street Twin 900 with just over 9000 miles on it.
The the gear change has become quite bad, very clunky so I ordered some new Friction and clutch plates.
Whilst waiting for these to arrive I removed the clutch cover in preparation but am concerned on the colour for the starter clutch housing being very blue, I have disassembled it and it appears to be operating ok I think (never seen one before) no wear marks and I think it is operating ok according the the Haynes manual.
There is no play on it, I can't pull it in or out at all.
    Is this normal?.
    Pete.
