    i've posted this in the technical help section as well, but just in case you don't read it there :)
    VOSA ( Vehicle Operators and Standards Agency ) are responsible for issuing any vehicle recalls.
    Parts that are substandard etc. Triumph or any other manufacturer are responsible for doing any work, parts to rectify issues identified and normally do this when they service your bike etc.
    A way to check for yourself is to look at the VOSA website if there are any by using the link below.

    I've known about it for years and like a lot of things assume every one else does as well.
    It is quite a handy site but just covers the UK. Other parts of the world or even Europe would be covered by different agencies.
    No I don't know what they would be called ;)
