Triumph Factory Visit

Hi All

had the good luck of being given two private factory tours round the Triumph factory at Hinckley.

I was very impressed at how much is produced in the factory from cam shafts to the actual crank shaft.

A friend had mentioned bikes were imported in boxes and assembled, but I saw engines being completely assembled and then the actual bike, it was brilliant.

Would have loved to gone round the paint shop but that was not possible.

I also liked the nice touch of allowing workers with Triumphs to park outside the factory and all other bikes were in a separate parking area 800 yards away

Very proud to own a Triumph

The guy who took me round the factory said they were looking to start the tours the end of this year and were revamping the car parks ready.

So fingers crossed
