    Does gear lever move?
    Did you check oil?
    Will it shift when off?
Did you have any problems with clutch, neutral, finding gears before this?
Any work done in engine/clutch area before this?
How long were you in top for?

I wonder if the bearing is at fault like in the top link, ( I am totally guessing and waiting for someone with more ideas to jump in).
