Hmm! Ok customer relations aren't great there but your opening email wasn't too great either, a bit brusk. The reply explained why, that you had the magazine subscription only so you can't sign in to forums which explains why you can't sign in to forums. Then you got rude and the guy who doesn't get paid for this role or to get abused told you where to get off.
Maybe somewhere in there a reply should have been 'oh right! Is there a way we can rectify this?'
Sorry you're not happy but I've been with them for years and never had a problem.

You need to stay well away from the TOMCC forum. It is moderated by the person whose company built the website and now manages it. The committee think the said person walks on water and are shit scared that he will take his ball home if he is annoyed. He will unilaterally delete forum posts that he doesn’t like without notifying the poster. Beware, you have been warned.

 

Hi Joe, the response from the TOMCC was a little less than satisfactory. Unfortunately to access the full database and sections you need to be a member of the club, the magazine subscription will not allow full access, only the ads for parts and machines for sale.

 

Sounds risky @joe mc donald ....wonder how many you'll acquire......

 

Hi Jo, you are right I tried to see the for sale ads, and no luck as you have to be a full member. I cancelled my membership last year as it has lost its way a bit in my view. I have a long term subscription to Back Street Heroes as I have a passion for chopped and custom bikes. I have parts all over the place for a chop, but due to other things going on, it always sits on the back burner.
