Hi all my 1960 t20 is now on the road and just got a new project a 1955 t20 plunger rolling chassis, with no engine.
I will be looking for an engine to rebuild and fit, won't be matching numbers but that's fine. I believe the last T20 engine for the plunger frame was T20 26276 they were then fitted to swinging arm models, my question is do all early T20 engines (which split to left side of the barrel opening rather than in the centre of the barrel) fit straight into a plunger frame,? I think they are nicknamed figure of 8 engines

    any info is welcome
    cheers Larry
