Tiger 800 Tiger 900 top box to Tiger 800 rack ?

    Hi all, I have just bought a 2011 Triumph Tiger 800, chuffed to bits with it. Now a friend has given me a top box off an old Tiger 900, but it will not fit, is there a plate i can get to fit my 800, so top box can clip into place ?
    Any advice gratefully recieved, Thanks.

    best to have a look at world of triumph and see if the part is listed there, it'll be part of the sliding carriage, maybe

    Hi Mark do you know if the top box is a genuine Triumph product, or an aftermarket one such as Givi? This info will tell you where to get the adaptor plate.

    It is a genuine Triumph one from a 2006 Tiger, but i am thinking of getting a new one now, cheers.
