Hi, wondering if anyone can shed some light on this for me?
I have very low idle when engine is hot/warm. I have done the usual clean up of stepper motor mechanism etc
but surely when engine is warm and the cold idle of 1250 (which is controlled by the stepper) has dropped down, mine drops too low..down to about 900,which sometimes causes it to stall.. with the engine running could i not just adjust the throttle stop screw slightly to raise the minimum idle up to about 1100? This would not effect
the stepper doing its job it would just increase the minimum idle.

You answered your own question , Yes , just be careful. A tiny 1/4 or 1/2 turn will probably do :!:
