Tiger 1050 fork seals

Hi guys been having a bit of a steering wabble recently and was in process of removing wheel to get balance check when I noticed fair bit of oil weep down one of the forks and would guess this wont be helping my wabble i notice in manual i need special tool to strip fork is this the fact and is seal replacement as big a pain in the ars as manual is trying to tell me ?
Any experienced advise would be much appriciated before i get stuck into the front end.
