My Thruxton 1200 has a Mass exhaust (de-cat balance pipe with very free flow), DNA air filter, snorkel removal, and TEC Cam.
I took it to BSD Performance for the remap. Plan was to remove some of the things not needed and map for road use (should not be much difference).
Remap was done and one extra hole in the baffle was made to help flow/sound.
The results are a peek of 96bhp and 78ftlb at the wheel.
The difference is way smoother at tick-over. Easer pickup off the line (feels like fewer reves are needed). On it, at 4000rpm it feels like the pistons are trying to escape the block they are punching that hard.

Numbers were not as high as expected but their rollers read lower than some. It does feel faster than the numbers. The exhaust changes how the bike feels a lot and has gone from a smooth deep purr to angry.
