Anyway the machanic was excellent in diagnosing this & tank was drained & fresh fuel went in & all good. They kept me updated with progress during the day & kept the tea coming. While I was there they let me take a Speed RS & a 1200 Tiger out to relieve to boredom pictures attached for the photo police! Top marks to all at Three Cross!

Sounds good! Do you know what the contamination was? My old ducati used to let rain into the tank, but it still ran ok, if a little down on power.

Three Cross are pretty good - borrowed a Bobber and a Street Cup from them.
Second time I did the Poole/Bournemouth DGR they opened up early on Sunday so a few of us could meet there and ride in together.

Really don’t know, fuel went in can same time as my car was filled & car is fine, could have been something in the funnel I used I guess? Only used the can coz I was running late & didn’t want to detour to garage
