So here you are out for a ride with a couple of mates, you know the route so you're in the lead, sunny and on some dry twisties. So you come up behind a few slow moving cars and 2 of you pass them the other guy gets stuck behind them for a while, no problem he knows where you're going so you carry on, accelerate round a bend, you just love this one at speed, and there's a speed camera just round the other side, you might be a few mph over the limit, no real problem you hope. Anyway your mate that was left behind is in catch-up mode and comes round said corner a lot faster, now there could be a problem!! Read this. :( Take note for the GMU

I'll just say you were in front and going so fast that no one else could see you

Or you could say you've just met a guy in a pub over a few pints and were following him to the next boozer so its his fault

Very unfair! How on earth can they prove who is riding with who without employing sneaky underhand tactics with unmarked police bikes.
We should be directing our vastly under resourced police forces at far more deserving needs in my opinion.

Stick to the speed limits guys...it's not a race track....I think the national speed limit should be lowered to 40mph

That would be about right then, it takes roughly eight years of beaurocracy for things to take immediate effect.
I apologise should have seen that, although someone mentioned it has become case law, we need someone to explain that!

Incontinence + stair lift, very dangerous, could cause electric shorting and frazzled nuts!

Depends HO, if it's on the downwards run it could lead to a runaway and crash through the front door. That would frazzle anyone...

Back on topic, that is one effed up law. Guilt by association is a slippery slope.
