The Red is coming off my ring-ooh eh missus !

Hi Guys

I know a lot of you like me have purchased a Scorpion Serket Red can, I bought mine in September last year

i have noticed that the red finish is flaking off the ring on the outlet ( which is a big selling point for this can as looks cool especially on a red bike like mine). Anyone else had this issue and Scorpions reaction as it appears to me to be a Warranty issue?
