Rocket The New Storm R/gt Ecu Unlocking

    i have been looking to buy myself a new rocket 3, and it looks like i'm going to be getting myself a rocket 3 storm GT, but there are some restrictions on the rev limiter in neutral, "not over 2000 rpm in neutral"
    and power is restricted in the lower rpm while accelerating, can this be fixed like on the previous version of the
    rocket 3?
