Opened in 1999, the museum houses almost 200 bikes, with some dating back to 1907. https://www.mylondon.news/news/west-london-news/ealing-greenford-london-motorcycle-museum-17013141
Sad news - though I've never visited the place. Looks like it had a fair collection of very nice Triumphs - hope they get displayed elsewhere.
What a shame... didn’t know it existed but there can’t be many places like this, so any loss is a sad one.
www.cravencollection.co.uk on the outskirts of York is well worth a visit if you're in the area on one of their open days - usually around bank holidays. Tremendous selection of non concours bikes, and I seem to remember reading somewhere that most of 'em work or can be easily made to work. Plenty of memorabilia as well! Excellent!
