I have just bought a Street Triple R . It has been standing in a garage for 3 years.
I know I have to change all the fluids and get new battery.
Any advice on how to start it without causing any internal damage.
    Thanks in advance.
    Mick2213.

Welcome Mick. A drop of oil down each cylinder will help. Might be worth turning over by hand before firing her up.

Perhaps removing the fuel pump relay and allowing the engine to turn over a few times without firing up, it’ll get the oil around before the revs get up when it starts?

Hi & Welcome to the Forum, seems like you already had some good advice, cranking without plug caps on also helps get oil round engine, make sure all the old fuel is completely drained and fresh put in tank.

Great advice already. You do know we need a picture of the steed to feed the inmates here in the asylum..
